By completing and submitting this application you (the student) are recognizing that you understand and will meet the following criteria:

I understand that there are limited spots available for N.U.B.E. Camp and that registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

I am committed to fully participate in all activities of N.U.B.E. Camp.

I must use the University provided transportation to and from camp.

I am responsible for any fees associated with moving to campus early according to the guidelines outlined in my University Housing contract, personal lease, and/or listed on the N.U.B.E. Camp website.

Lincoln students only: I understand that early check-in before the date of August 18, 2009 will NOT be permitted on the Lincoln campus.

Lincoln students only: I understand that meails will not be provided in my dormitory until August 24, 2009. (Note: Food at camp will be provided)

I understand that I also need to print out and have my parent sign the parental waiver form and send $50 check to UNL College of Engineering to:
